Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must be a written communication and include specific details.
A counter-notification must contain the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on the website before removal. Include the specific URL where it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Extravagance Idea may be found. You must also agree to accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
